What this site collects
Nothing about you unless you sign up for the newsletter or a book announcement. In that case it collects your email address, and only uses it to send what you signed up for.
Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. This site doesn't use advertising pixels or sell or share data with advertisers.
Email lists
Email signups are handled by Kit (kit.com), which stores your address so the newsletter can be sent. After you sign up, Kit sends one email asking you to confirm; nothing else is sent until you do. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask for your address to be deleted at any time.
Health information
Please don't send health or clinical information through this website or by email. If you're a client of Peak Performance and Wellness, use the secure client portal.
